Problem with game parameters (ETS2)

I'm trying to start the game in Multiplayer and I get this message (in the photo) and I click in OK but throws the same message again, I don't know what's happenning?

Start the TMP launcher as administrator.

That should solve the issue.

• Verify Integrity Of Game Cache

Run Launcher as Administrator
