Can't download TruckersMP

Hello if i try to download TruckersMP there is nothing happing pls can you help with that i have followed the staps of the Instal program but if it is done with installing there is nothing happening there is no TruckersMP. Mabey can you help with that

Try again,Run as as administrator when you opening file to play.I never see this.
