Cant add ATS to my account

Good afternoon, as the title says I cant add ATS to my account, even after trying all the instructions, I have my steam profile set to public, played the game for 2 hours, tried to "check now" twice for more than 5 minutes each and i dont have family sharing activated. Maybe some problem with my steam account?

Wait for atleast 2 hours to have ATS Binded to your account after you have pressed "Check Now" once.
