If it runs, you are lucky if not then not. b. 32bit is not not supported anymore. You have to use a 64bit operating system You can solve those problems above by installing a new version of Microsoft Windows. Preferably Windows7 or Windows10 in 64bit Version. XP is completely unsupported, if you find .net 4.5 or higher for XP, it's guaranteed to be virus as .net 4.5 and up is not supported by MS on XP.
