Get In-Game -> Press 'Tab' and right click to activate your mouse cursor -> Click the cogs at the bottom left of the window, to open settings -> Click the 'Mods' tab at the top of the window that opens -> Check the checkbox for Winter mod. I was delivering my load and I noticed that it gets pretty dark before 7 PM in-game. I saw an incoming truck at the very last second and it was maybe around a quarter to seven.
