We do not have a clue on when it will come out. In fact it hasn't even been confirmed if it's coming out or not, at the end of the day the France DLC has recently been released. Which means that devs also need to add snow to the new locations. But until then we have no confirmation if the snow will come out or not. The best we can do is wait and see
