I get the same message all the time. Just wait around for a bit until your account it picked to join and get slot. This is an issue that has been present as of recent times, Generally a restart of your game will do the trick. If this does not work, please check your firewall settings, and try also to run the game as an administrator by right clicking on the application, and clicking run as administrator.
