Problems with username on TruckersMP

Hey guys!

So....I was playing multiplayer on ETS2 Europe 2. I saw the driver was driving on wrong way and I tried to find his username I don't know why did his username don't exist or hack?

Pls fix it or find his username!

Yes, that is his name on OUR website and not Steam.

 

What you see InGame is the users' Steam Name not TruckersMP Name

Hi there,

 

If you open the Tab Menu, all the names of players close to you appear (excluding admins). If you wish to have reported this player, you need to Open Tab > Right Click > Click on players name > press Report tab > select reason > send.

 

Plus, the players username is show in your screenshot above the truck. Just for future reference.

 

If you couldn't find the Users name/ID when reporting on the website, you need to have the players TruckersMP ID. To find this, you need to open the chat, write /pinfo then the users ID.

 

I don't believe this is a bug, but hope this helped.

Hi.

To find out the players ID you simple need to open chat (Y) and type in: /pinfo [ID]. 

 

Alternatively you can press TAB, find their username and press the Report button.

If you didn't do it in game, go to:

 

C:\Users\YOUR PC NAME\Documents\ETS2MP\logs

 

And find the spawn log for today, then you can CTRL+F and search his username. This will show you all his information.
