Mistaken ban

Hello guys. I m new on forum. And i have a question. Can you guys help me ? My question is that :

When i check my profile today on truckersmp.com, i saw a ban by Philip1212 and when i watch the youtube video, i understand that this ban is not concerning me cuz i m not in the video. I mean, I am not exist on that video. I did not play ets 2 on that date. This is totally mistaken ban. And when you watch the video, you are gonna understand that i am not exist on that video. Probably admin confused about truckermps ids. I am innocent. How can i remove that ban on my truckersmp profile ? I never play on EU 1, i always play on EU 2. We can understand that, this ban is mistaken ban.

Currently there is a backlog on their emails.

Rest assured, they will get to you ASAP.

If they find it to also be a mistaken ban they can remove it from your profile.

Be sure to also make an appeal to the ban as an admin can mark it is @BANBYMISTAKE

As the staff receive loads of emails each day it is hard to answer them all. You have to be patient they will get round to it at some point don't worry  patience is key. If you feel like it's necessary then send another email but do not spam as it will give you less chance of being answered.

Then, you can send an email to [email protected] about your complaint.
