Please Help Ping Too High Being Kicked

Please help me if you can.

 

Every time I try to get into a server on MP it says my ping is too high. I just tested it on speedtest.net and I have a ping of 12ms... I live in the United States if that matters.

Unplug your modem and wait one minute.  Replug it and try logging in again.

 

If that doesn't work, contact your ISP
