But, a complete factory Pete 389 does "almost" sound like the one we currently have in-game right now. I personally dislike the new engines they're dropping into the new pete 389.. low hp etc... Older Peterbilt 389's had that good ole roar to them back in the day. I'm more of a loud kinda guy so.. I rather have cummins or a cat engine with 900hp any day. Robertlambert Posted December 8, 2016 Share Posted December 8, 2016 i want the ATS team to re vamp the sounds, i hate the sounds of the whistling engines, lets go back when the trucks had MEAN engines that ROARED to life. im not saying get rid of the whistling all together, keep it, but just reduce it to fast speeds, when your going fast, then that sound should start when you press down on the gas, but when your at a stop, and start to go, that sound should not be there. go here to see what i mean ~Robert Lambert - CEO S&S Hauling Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
