Pilot company possible ?

I have considered to make an "Pilot company". I wanna ask you if that possible to open an company for pilot's driver to support convoy's when they need one.

Do you would join in the company if someone open it and would it be possible to lead an pilot company ?

If done right it could be very good ,for me though it had to have lots of commitment from those guys in it, there are lots of VTC's always looking for convoy controllers
