Suggestion Name: Don't allow players that constantly go 90 or 80 km/h to EU2

Suggestion Description: I see many people that drive 90 or less km/h all the time. Some even have tags with 90km/h so why dont you guys just go on EU1 Server with the Speed limit? I think many accidents happen because of that because people that play on EU2 want to drive faster than 90 and then overtake the slow ones which leads to crashed.

Why should it be added?: because the 90km/h people have a server for them and they should use it

We are not enforcing a minimum speed limit. A lot of people want to play on EU2 because there is more traffic, because their friends play there, etc.
