My advice to beginners is never overtake on the CD road, only drive in your own lane and stay calm when something happens.

My Opinion is to drive in the speed limits and you will be safe.

This advise should not be limited to beginners only.

Overtaking is not safe in areas with a high traffic volume.

Even if you drive safe, there may be someone who will crash into you , so driving out from C-D road is first on your skills and then pure luck.
