I don't think it'd make a difference because people like myself, 95% of the time don't obey traffic lights. Unless it's busy in which case "Reckless driving" would probably apply. Right now we atleast block off so they don't speed past us so people can actually pull out from the Highway but something they could do is make a smooth merge from the highway to the country road with a longer stretch of ramp to merge with.
