How to report a GUY who ramming me and exit game quickly?

When I was doing a mission, there have a Turkish player crashed into me.

Just when I want to enter /pinfo and find his TruckersMP ID, he suddenly disappeared. (Exit game?)

After, I entered /pinfo 1556, but I only can find other players.

 

In this case, how do I report this player?

I have his SteamID.

Since he disconnected, you have to find his TMP Id in the log files which you can find on your local harddrive in ~/Documents/ETS2MP/logs/log_spawning_dd.mm.yyyy

Open that file with a texteditor and search his name
