I don't know if its single player I don't use single player only multiplayer first time I posted so I did it I think how the other guy wanted not to sure

OK, Well try it in Single Player when you get a chance, and then you can try the steps above

This issue also happens in single player also as stated above best place to submit the bug to would be SCS.
