Truck textures problem

Hi all. Wanted to ask about my truck, i'm having problems with textures. Today i got everything ok with them, all was in HD quality, then i relogged in game and now i have textures like on screenshot. I didnt change settings, they are medium-high still. What can i do? Tried to repaint the truck, didnt help. Plate is bad textured too. Thanks for help in advance

This happened to me before. I remember that I changed some settings in my graphics card and this happened as a result. 

 

I can't remember how I fixed it but try reverting the changes you made.

Probably wouldn't hurt to check the game cache also...

Otherwise, yeah, as @CentralProcessingCat mentioned, revert your settings back to their defaults.
