Game freeze when travelling

I wonder if someone can help me with a problem that this happening to me in the euro multiplayer truck make a trip to the uk but get to the ferry my game is no more give, call assistance traveling to cancel travel game not move on.
someone can help me?

If the game is freezing, just give it some minutes, and it should work.

Try to lower your graphical settings in game, as your game may be freezing due to you having too high settings for your GPU. 

 

Are you getting a high FPS or low when this happens?

when it happens even now checked had 80ms and the graphics were low
