Bug:

- In the opening pages of the report again sorting was ascending. I would like to return to the default descending.

Suggestions:

- Save the sort state, and the next time you open reports, show the list according to the last sorting state.

- Remove the "GO" button and apply the changes in the onChange event. -1 click for users.

- The bug is not a bug, it is how it should be with oldest on top.

- The issue with saving each change instead of having to press go is that sometimes you may want to make multiple changes to the filter. So if it updated every time the filter was changed, that may take a while to change all 3 filters for those that have slower internet.

May have mixed up the acceding and descending order

the latter would be ok for users, but users are presented with only a part of the actual filters available, onChange would mean more requests and higher database load, we might pick that up for consideration in the future when we re-do the frontend in react or similar, this is terribly low on the list of things to do though.

We'll see about altering defaults for users in terms of sorting, Admins generally want Ascending sort order since they logically should work FIFO(First in first out), where as users generally is interested in Descending sort order.

^ Ordinary users only have one field of filter - sort. Accordingly, in this case it would be easier to abolish the "GO" button and use OnChange. In the case when the form has more filtering fields, you are right.

Don't know about others, I was comfortable, when the default sort was descending. It will be convenient if the condition of the filter will be saved and restored the next time you open the page.
