Do you need a website to register a VTC or does it a steamgroup, too ?

If you are talking about advertising your VTC under the companies topic on the forum. Yes, you will need a working website. Steam isn't allowed. You can find out more information and requirements here:

You can give a link to your VTC management site (Such as MyVTC, WOTRDB or Tour-o-Matic), that'll be enough to make an advertisement (correct me if I'm wrong). However it's highly recommended for you to have a seperate website aswell.

No, in rules explicit is mentioned that sites like my vtc are portals and no vtc website - you need a standalone website of your company
