Game error

Hello , i have a big problem , i just bought ets2 on steam , i've played two hours and then downloaded mp for it , but when i open mp i got this error.

I don't have any mods , i have windows 7 , game works fine , only mp version get this error.

 

PC specs.

 

i5 4460

GTX 980

8 gb ram

256 gb SSD

 

I disabled antivirus , firewall , delete whole game , i tried evrey thing i found online but dosen't help.

Please make sure you have the Windows 7 service pack 1 installed.

I can see that you've successfully been connecting to our ETS2 servers many times within the last 3 days.

 

Can you let us know of any recent changes that may have caused this issue to suddenly arise?

here are some ideas of problems:

- Overloaded computer?
- Have you installed steam ?
- Do you have the right version of the game?
- Have you no parasite that blocks game ?

Hi, try to Delete and download again the MP game, i was same promblem and i was do it and after is work good luck     ( just if you stiil with did promblem )

Hi:

 

Make sure you have all drivers up-to date and that you´re running in 64 bits. The mod will not run in 32 bits.

Hello , thanks for your help  , my drives are up to date , i have no parasite , also i have two computers , i connected from laptop where i have win 10the last 3 days , and now i want to use it on PC where i have windows 7 , i have installed evreything clean , installed service pack 1 , i downloaded the game again and mp is x64 version like my OS... so i might changing OS if the problem persist.
