Leff12345 Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 Suggestion Name: New command: /f or /friends Suggestion Description: Having another command called /f or /friends. When typed, it shows a list of every friend online on the server you are connected to. Any example images: Nope Why should it be added?: Making it much easier to find friends online on the same server rather than typing every friends name to see if they are on that server. 6
TrademarkGamer Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 You could just check your steam list. I don't really see the point 1

I don't really see the point Yes, but the Steam list doesn't show which server they're connected to. So making a command would be much easier to see who's on the server I think. That's my opinion
TrademarkGamer Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 (edited) @Leff12345 If you right click on them and press "View game info" It shows what sever they're on and their in-game ID Edited July 27, 2016 by TrademarkGamer 2

Spieker Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 +1 You would also be able to see the ID, Name, TMP ID, Tag and so on
??????_??g Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 On steam you can see the ID and the server where they are, but it shows that also if they were kicked (or banned) from that server It's not a bad idea this command
SlavaH Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 +1 but seems like it could potentially take up a large portion of the screen while you are driving if you have multiple friends.

tfmpillow Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 I think that would be a good thing to have in ETS2MP, it's much easier than having to go to every friend and see where they are. tfmpillow | Retired Team Member Rules | Recruitment | Support | Feedback | Meet the Team | Guides | Suggestions
Fezz Posted July 27, 2016 Report Posted July 27, 2016 This would be quite good, it would be a lot quicker than manually finding everyone. +1
Kael. Posted July 31, 2016 Report Posted July 31, 2016 That would be great, would be quick to find friends +1 Previous classification.: Idiomas: Português e Inglês | Discórdia: _amexz_ Bem-vindo e boa condução!
Sharp14 Posted July 31, 2016 Report Posted July 31, 2016 Perhaps an alternate chat in the top right for commands like this, e.g. /pinfo too. It should also show the city they are in.
Guest Posted August 1, 2016 Report Posted August 1, 2016 -1 for me. I think we don't need that in TruckersMP, as @TrademarkGamer said, there already is a server status thing and you can also search people in ets2map.com. But that is just my opinion...
Penguin Posted August 1, 2016 Report Posted August 1, 2016 +1 from me This seems an awesome idea, if this could be integrated with showing friends on the map (wherever they are) when 'M' is pressed, that would be awesome! Current Status: Waddle On!
SgtBreadStick Posted August 1, 2016 Report Posted August 1, 2016 +1 great idea easier than pulling over opening steam and looking or using in-game overlay which can be a pain in the a** when driving XD
Vaktmaestarn Posted August 12, 2016 Report Posted August 12, 2016 +1 from me so u can se the friends more easy. Goooood
CaptainKostaZ Posted August 27, 2016 Report Posted August 27, 2016 (edited) +1 Also from me cool idea! Sometimes I want to gather some friends to play with and I have to check one by one if they are online.. [VIVΛ HH] KЯΛVΛTIΞ Posted August 27, 2016 Report Posted August 27, 2016 what happens if you have no friends at all? #depressinglife jks would be easier instead of having to do pinfo stuff 2 No electrons were harmed during the creation, transmission or reading of this posting. However, many were excited and some may have enjoyed the experience Best vtc ever (the rest suck)
_Pingu_ Posted August 27, 2016 Report Posted August 27, 2016 +1 yes definitely would love to see this implemented
Guest Posted August 27, 2016 Report Posted August 27, 2016 Ermm... i don't know how to react to this one... it would be easier in-game to have a command but as @TrademarkGamer stated, there is already a function on the steam list that's shows the players in-game id and what server they are on.. So because i have mixed opinions... my verdict is +1/-1

This is not about the pure functionality, it's the fact that it's more effective, and that many people do also not know that you can actually check in Steam. So it's easier and faster.
