my game stutters when it has to swap assets

my game has very heavy stutter when coming into contact with other players I assume its when it has to swap assets because its only when I am near other players. The game is swapping assets because of a missing dlc which I don't own

Try disabling Development Logging in the tab menu.

 

To get to this, go into MP -> Press TAB -> Right Click -> Drag the cursor to the Yellow Cog and click it -> Then find Development Logging and uncheck it.
