Stuck in Dusseldorf!

Hi!  I'm not 100% sure if this issue is related to MP, but for some reason my game is not saving my locations. Its saving all my progress, but everytime i load the save again it starts me back in dusseldorf, which is making it kind of hard to travel around. Does anyone know what causes this, or if this is some hidden option i havent found yet?

Hello if Dusseldorf is the first garage you owned when playing the game, It automatically takes you to that garage

If  you have reseted your economy once , you need to turn it off again. '' g_force_economy_reset 0''
