ETS2MP, OBS 720p Settings

Hey Guys, my Problem is that when i try to Stream ETS2 at 720p 30FPS and 3500 Bitrate its lagging like hell but only in OBS not inGame, so in OBS ETS2 is lagging.

 

Can anyone share their Settings? Would be nice!

 

I have an i7 4790k a GTX 980 and 16GB of RAM

 

I have an 100k Connection with 6MB Upload.

Try to set down the bitrate

3500kbps is fine for 720p 30fps, especially on a 6mbps upload network.

 

Is it the stream itself lagging? Where are you streaming to? Twitch, YouTube?
