Conserve banning. If you don't want to play with low fps in the meantime, you should uninstall the Flags-DLC to fix your fps issues 1 "Just because others break rules, does not grant you the permission to break the rules as well" Please drive respectful on the servers. Because (nearly) everyone has the DLC for free and use it of course!
