EU2 broken?

I have been trying to join eu2 for a while when there is about 200 players on, and i cant connect, one of my friends can connect but have really high ping, i have no problems joining eu1 when there is room to join. is the server broken or something? sorry if i spelled somethinig wrong, im am quite drunk atm :S and happy new yearY!!!! :DD :* <33w3

I'm having to wait ages before the game connects to any server at the moment, even when there's space.

On a serious note, I believe that the servers are experiencing some issues at the moment.
