FPS low on new update

Hello has anyone else been experiencing really low fps after the newest update? Ive been getting 1fps when i usually get around 30fps and even on the lowest settings im getting 2fps. Anyone else? Just wanna make sure im not the only one experiencing this so i can rule out graphics card issue cause it works perfectly fine on single player

That'll be due to the physics on the flags

Disable the Flag DLC . Then it comes back to normal.

Is there an option to do that in the Multiplayer popup menu list or do you disable it by uninstalling the DLC through Steam.

you just go to the service station and remove them @TomZeBomb

^right when I removed them, the game still lagged.

 

Either the devs need to roll out with a new patch disabling Flag DLC like what they did with Cabin Accessories, or start optimizing the game better with flag physics.

i removed them and my issue was solved right away your lag issue may be a different reason

It was only updating to the latest version I had problems. I play on the Europe 2 server and I never had problems playing from the US.

ive found the lag myself, since the newest MP update at least, yet I have none of the flags on my truck at all, yet I get random FPS issues and in some places its impossible to drive because of the Frame rate..

^ Even if you don't use flags, you can still see them, because you have the DLC.

The same case of paintjobs: if you don't have a DLC, and another player appears with it, the game replace it for some standard. You can't see, but the DLC will be there.

There should be an option to turn them off just like the "Cabin Accessories" DLC

 

Edit: Not saying there is already a option, I'm saying there should be.

Same here. It seems to be an issue with collisions, as inside no-collision areas the framerate is as expected. The moment you exit a no-collisions area the framerate takes a hit. Either way, the game is maxing out a single thread of my CPU. It seems to be choking my GPU which did not happen a couple of months ago.
