I have steam already running, both windowed as minimalised. Also my game is bought and it's not downloaded illegally. How to fix this problem? Thanks! And yes, also that didn't do the trick. Try to run your pc as an administrator, maybe your firewall is blocking something, or your router can cause it too. Good luck!
