Account Activation/ Rank

[GPA_RoadRunner]

I was trying to figure out why my account still says not activated? I was talking to someone about rank and they said you have to be a member for a year. I have no rank and was wondering if it was due to not being activated? If you can help be figure this out I would appreciate it. Thank you and have a great day.
