No In-game features work

No In-game features work. Whatever I do, press tab, f9, y etc. No in-game features appear. Chat does not appear, in-game tags are "untoggleble". All I see are the other players in-game, I can see what people write in the chat, but can't even enter the chat by pressing y.

After clicking the right shift button and the "> and ." button I got it to work again. No idea why.

I can also recreate the problem by pressing ">." and the left shift button a few times. But it doesnt always work, so i'll see if there are any better sugestions.

I think that you unconsciously change you system language by (shift+alt or ctrl+shift) and you have inverted Y and Z, thats why you cant open chat

^or maybe He has some other program that uses the same keys (e.g. I can't use my audio player's next/prev song hotkeys, because ETS also uses these keys as controls)
