I hope this is in the right place. How do i put a light bar and custom paint job on my car in game as i have seen other peoples cars with paint jobs and light bars

You can make it by yourself if you know how to edit save.

 

Please always remember that there is rules that prevent excessive and incompatible modifications to cars:

• You may not alter the car model size.
• You may not cause other players game crash.
