Kick people in reverse gear when stationary

Suggestion Name:  Don't allow people in reverse gear when stationary when engine is turned on. (by kicking them)
Suggestion Description: Everytime, whether is it in the gathering area of convoys or at the service station, there's always some trucks that keep on reverse gear and produce that 'beep beep beep' sound.

Any example images (you mean sounds?): Nope

Why should it be added?: The 'beep beep beep' sound is annoying and some people do not bother to turn if off (even though it is easy to do so). Similar to disallowing horn spamming due to noise pollution.

How it can be implemented: Administrators can go close to a suspect's truck to hear whether the sound is coming from him/her.

As mentioned previously, you can turn off the reversing sounds via the tab menu in-game. Most people leave them on accidentally, just PM the user (/pm <id> [message]) and ask them nicely to change gear :)

The gear can be engaged for many reasons and majority of the time it is not the users fault.

1) The user has just dropped off their load and they are still in the job complete screen. You cannot  change the gear when you are in this screen

2) The user has quickly reversed and has then gone AFK, forgetting that they have left their truck in reverse. (Common mistake)

3) The user has ALT + Tabbed out of the game and if the down gear key is either ALT or Tab, it can change the truck's gear, leaving the user oblivious to what is going on in-game. (This is a common issue for quite a few people)

There are so many different ways to easily fix this:

1) Turn off your sound for the reversing beeper in your settings

2) Ask the player to disengage the reverse gear

3) Just Ignore it and drive away.

Again this suggestion is a bit redundant because as many people already told the causes and the solutions are actually very simple. But for me here's my opinion:

1. Causes:

- Once people successfully unloads (in the correct destination) the game automatically reverts to 'Results' page so they simply almost have no time to change the gear back to N unless you can do this quickly (as sometimes I did)

- People just go AFK or Alt+Tab right after reversing and forgot to change the gear into N (this is pretty much happens)

- Sometimes there are some people that do a reverse parking or manouvre in a long time

2. Solutions:

- Just go away from the beeping source no matter how you'll do this

- (Although usually this is useless) Tell the driver to shut it up

- (Especially for yourself) You can turn it off manually in Settings tab

3. The key for this problem is not to abuse the purpose your ability to manually engage the 'N' gear (in sequential gears you automatically engage 'N' from 'R' before you can engage gear 1 although you can do the same with keyboard shortcut especially for automatic transmission systems)

You can turn off the reverse beep in tab-right click-settings-sound.

As above. TruckersMP is not going to kick people for using the reverse gear when standing still. It does not violate any in-game rules whatsoever.

Rejected.
