"Find the Admin" google form - wrong profile link

Hi! I found one of the admins,and i was trying to fill this form. But i have a problem : 

 

When i paste my TMP profile link or forum profile link i have same error "That is not a Valid TMP Profile Link." Please help me with filling this form.
