yes, but you can still buy/drive the police car in offlline .just remember to save the truck profile first, without the police car.and one with the police car. has I said b4 you selected a truck first wait a bit till you get remobed from server and the buy the police car/ or skoda car from the truck dealers.the save that profile while in offline mode with the cars.

is it possible you are using police parts or connecting to EU1?

Police parts are not allowed for non-admin players and will result in an instant kick. You also can't connect to EU1 (ETS2 & ATS) with a car.

So, to be clear: if me and my friend tried out the 100 ton trailer mod and I used the pilot car to escort him to warn other users of a slow truck, would that be naughty? "abusing the pilot car" is quite vague...

Cheers

I disagree. A kick is enough for someone to think twice. If they think and continue, then a ban.

Likewise, if the wrong person is kicked - it's not too bad. But if the wrong person is banned, that's their game ruined for 2 hours while they get a ban appeal sorted. Which has happened in a past where the wrong person was banned.

Kick first. Followed by 2 hour ban. Followed by a day ban. etc... In my opinion. Obviously, it's the admins discretion on how to deal with each individual.

Likewise while I'm on this - there really needs to be a way for you to dispute a kick/ban in game with the person that did it. If I get kicked/banned I should be able to respond to it. If it's a mistake, I can tell them and they can re-think. I shouldn't have go give evidence that I did nothing wrong later on, on the website that will be looked at later on in life when the issue has already been and gone.

And if that's used to give abuse to the admin - ban doubled :P. Admins do good work. But are human too and mistakes can happen. But be nice to actually have a way to avoid these mistakes hurting the gameplay longterm.

I know a kick should go first, but this never happens in game. I did drive into EP with my car and due to excitement I didn't read all the rules, but I received an immediate 2 hour ban, not a kick.

@Luxray

I was on my phone...

EP was once a Collision Zone by accident from a update and was blocked off by Admins till it was fixed, bypass them in any way was Banable, maybe you where not on around that time but it has been less than a year. I cant find any of the topics, and cant be bothered to search for them as i have over a hour worth of video for reports to crawl threw (literally, for 2 hours i've been at it for 3 so far and not halfway...)
