How do you get the same jobs as your friend?

I see people having big convoys, driving to the same destination, but when i to find a job with the same destination with my friend, there is not a single one. How do you do that?

Well for example.

      1. You can create a save game for only you and your friend can use to drive together . 

      2. You both can try and find the same trailer, they may go to different destinations but at least you'll both be matching. 

      3. Download a convoy pack so all trailers are certain things. If you have this pack. It will be easier to find the same trailer and if you're lucky. It will go to the same destination.

you can sync your jobs here but they all won't be the same trailer you will have to download a mp trailer to get the same trailer if you want to sync trailer as well

Just to add to @Mr D's post. The ets2sync will wear off over time as the economy of the game starts working

Most of the time people may be driving in same direction but still have different drop off points. They may just be taking loads in the same direction not nessesarily to the same place, that's how I run. If you want the same destination your going to have to search around for it. I would just choose something close to their destination.
