Problems with saving files

In the past I was playing with my friends by installing the same save file and now does not work And we were playing in the same truck and trailer the same and the same way
 and show this message

Thats nothing to worry about. It just means that something changed in the save file like map mods being removed.

just press ok to continue basically the file had a mod that replaced a truck in the game and know that the mod has gone it swaps the modified truck around with the default truck

Might be because you both don't have the same dlc or mods.

I've tried all the solutions and now my friends are playing on their own but what about mod

This happens when the game updates, this can't be helped, you can try loading an auto save back further to see if this help but this won't effect you playing multiplayer, if your single player updates this will happen regardless,
