How I Get Truck i cant do jobs and staff

first you need to do enough quick jobs to earn enough in-game money to buy a truck then you'll be able to buy your own truck and i'd go basic on your first truck and then once you level up and get more money then you can buy better upgrades for your truck

If you want to jump straight into TruckersMP, I would recommend what FirestarteR93 has posted as I believe quick jobs can be fault where your job is either always late or can't find any jobs. 

 

So I'd personally recommend to make a separate profile for TruckersMP since then you can jump straight into the game. With the profiles already having money and experience with them, you can easily buy a new truck and get staff.
