Cant find person is spawn log

hello everyone i want to report these 2 people but i cannot find them in spawn log at all and yes i'm in the right one and yes i searched name and id number but still can't find them for report can you guys help me please really wanna give these guys there punishment here is the link to the video  thank you

Have you tried searching with the parentheses ? (724) , if it's the right file, this will find it. Check the day before or after, it might have switched files if you pasted midnight.
