Topic Title: Can't make a "occured" date at 02:00 in the report section. [WEB]

How to reproduce: Make a new report and attempt to make the "occured" date 02:00 in the morning, will show 03:00 instead of 02:00.

You can type in the hour manually, as a workaround until the bug gets fixed.

In Chrome's F12 console here's what I got: http://i.imgur.com/fee6wGA.png - this may be cause of this oversight.

 

 

If you want to ask anywhere on forums whenever 32-bit version of MP will be supported in future, try to start GTA V on your 32-bit machine before checking game's system requirements.

I can't reproduce this error, please provide the full UA as described in the thread…

 

Edit: confirmed, seems to be related to transitioning to DST, verified that nothing similar will happen when transitioning back to winter time, so we got ~1 year to fix this. Reported it upstream and we'll see if we can contribute to a fix.
