You have activated it on your truck, to disable it click ' until it can accelerate again. A retarder is a breaking system in the gearbox, it used to control your cruise control speeds and reduce wear on breaks when on long down hill roads. Have a problem with your ban? Think about it if that was a break problem , why did it stuck on 28 km/h ? If this happens again , try to make sure you tried every possibilities on your keyboard.
