ATS - Waiting for 12 hours for site to 'check I have the game'

Hi All,

 

I downloaded ATSMP last night, having bought ATS earlier in the week on Steam. I've got 5 hours of play time in game, and my Steam profile is set to public, but I still can't play online.

 

Every time I try to connect to a server, it says it needs to check I have the game, it takes me to the site, I hit the 'check' button and then I'm just left waiting. I first did it at 2am last night, and it's now nearly 2pm, and I still cannot play.

 

Is there any reason it's taking so long, or any fix for this?

[Edit - Literally as I posted up this thread, the game allowed me in - Issue solved, you can delete this thread mods, as it's a little pointless now ]

Nah.. its weird .. 

 

i have been sent a Suport Ticket -> no confirmation Email -> no Tracking ID. When i click "forgot ID" no email will arrives. and the Register "Check" is still not Workin,,

Make sure your Steam profiles are public, and just be patient I suppose, other than that it seems to be either some get in right away, others have to wait

Hello gentlemen, I am curious are you waiting for it to check so you can play MP?  If that is the case have you tried going back and launching the game to see if it lets you into mp when you log in.  I do remember I didn't get any confirmation that it found the game or not when I did this.  So try that.

Apparently you have to have had more than 2 hours of gameplay within American Truck Simulator to play on MP.
