Can't connect to server

Hi! Today I started playing ETS2 MP and everything was OK, except connecting to sever. I registered and logged in correctly, but when I launched the game and started to play, I get the announcement, that "Cannot connect to server, it may be caused by your internet connection issues". I think the matter is my game or server. Server is OK, 'couse my friend is playing in the same time like me. So what's wrong? I attach screenshot of the announcement at the game.

If you have just joined it may be slow connecting you, when I join I have to wait 5-10 mins until I'm connected, if your Internet is fine just wait it out in a safe place don't drive on the road be case when you join you may spawn on top of someone

I'm getting the same message currently, I think its the queue, but when does that max out? Is it literally too many people trying to connect at once? 

*EDIT: Yeah can see in the status that its full, will go on US for now

Just wait a few minuets people get kicked for AFK all the time

Ok. What is the timer on the AFK kick? I can't seem to find a thread anywhere on the new rules for the new servers....

You won't get an AFK kick until you are connected, it's 10 mins long
