You can find the profile backup folders following this path:

Find the profile backup before 1.22. For me it would be in this folder:

Open the folder and select the profile you want, then copy it. For me the profile would be:

Find the profiles that are currently in use following this path:

Paste the backup profile you copied in to the profiles folder. It will ask to overwrite the existing one so do it.

Then go check if it helped.

I think your save is corrupted... you can find a backup of your save at the Euro Truck Simulator directory.
