FPS Problem Multiplayer & Singleplayer

Hello
can someone explain to me why on single i have 50 FPS (no matter the time of day, location or graphic settings) and on a muli 10 FPS - in (regardless of the amount of players - which is interesting), 15 - outside the city no matter where.
I have DLC Scandinavia, Going East, High Power Cargo and Polish painting
PC:
Mother board: Asus P6X58D-E
Processor: IntelCore i7950 @ 3.07GHz (8 CPUs), ~ 3.1GHz
Memory: 12GB framework
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6970 2GB - the latest driver

System: Windows 7 64 bit

haha haha I found what it was. Launch Manager was setting OpenGL or DirectX.

I had a similar problem, 

Decrease your graphics settings. AND in the tab settings

Check your Task manager performance monitor, sounds to me with kind of hardware that it might not be multi-threading/processing. Make sure the affinity is set to all cores.

 

Multiplayer naturally does have FPS problems in ets2mp, but my hardware is similar to yours and I play it in full with vsync and get a steady 60fps when out of town, about 35-40 in cities, and increasingly less as more players are around.
