Hi! When i open the game, error comes up and says "Windows cannot access the specified device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". And the file is C:/Program files(x86)/Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer/launcher.exe. Please help! Tried to run it as admin. Didn't work.

Make sure the Multiplayer is installed to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2

are you on the Administrator account?

Try launching the game from an administrator account. If it doesn't work you can always reinstall Multiplayer and verify the game's cache as well just to be on the safe side of things.
