The title says it all really, I have reinstalled the mod, switched betas but it still doesn't work, any ideas?

No, do not download the .dll from that site, that is the worst possible thing to suggest.

From what I've read on the internet, try running ETS2MP as an administrator, and failing that, try reinstalling Euro Truck Simulator 2 as a whole.

In order to play the multiplayer you need to have the 1.12.1 patch.

StuarD. If I have problem with dll I just download from dll site and works fine.

^ You should never download .dll files from anywhere except their normal sources. It's such an easy way to spread viruses and things that could harm your computer security.
