Many VTCs go for services like Weebly etc..., or you can go all-out and get one developed with forum software and the lot I'd recommend starting off by just simply setting up a MyVTC panel or something similar and a free website, and just see how the VTC goes. Then, as time goes on and your VTC develops, start putting a little money into it as you go (if you have any to spare, that is). This might be an easier alternative to making your own website as all of your job submitting and accepting tools are already setup and are easy to use.
