Mossarelli Posted December 20, 2014 Report Posted December 20, 2014 Suggestion Name: Admin actions automatically moves a player to a non-harmful location.Suggestion Description: When a player is kicked or banned for blocking, ramming or any other reason, the player is first moved to a safe location where a no-collision zone is present.Any example images:Why should it be added?: Way too often does griefers spawn in the middle of the road after getting kicked or banned. The whole road from Rotterdam to Europort is a minefield ready to turn any serious player into road kill for every player that was forcefully removed from the road. With this fix, any potential griefer can only grief once before they are kicked from the server and moved to a safe location where no other player will run into them. 5
Happy Rogue Posted December 20, 2014 Report Posted December 20, 2014 +1 this is a good idea but if someone was kicked for ramming and such it may not be a good idea to send them to a place that is always rammed, maybe a penatly would be to have that default kick/ban location would be a safe zone in a none busy area of the map such as hungry Or Wales? Personally I think a player should be in a ghost mode for 30-60 seconds that way players on the road can slow or pass the spawning in player without immediate damage.

I had it in my mind for so long and it's really bad to see for example you kick someone at Europoort then they restart game and spawn over another player and bug out the player(s) and it becomes chaos. They should be sent to the nearest service or garage where there's non-collision once they restart the game. Or at least force a command such as g_force_economy_reset to 1 so when player logs back in, it will say game change detected and spawn them at the garage (because you have to set the command to 0 otherwise it will always say game change detected and spawn at garage).

Guest Posted December 30, 2014 Report Posted December 30, 2014 Awesome idea! I have had many incidents where drivers spawn into me, mostly around Rotterdam and the Europort. I had a convoy a few days ago, and one dude refused to move out of the area where I had my only save for that town. A 60-90 second ghost mode like I have seen on other games would be perfect! (and let me have time to get out of there too without spawning into someone and causing everyone around it to have a bad time.)
